Questions
Duplicates, answered
- Does it flag duplicates automatically?
- It puts everything in one list, where two lines with the same service name sit next to each other. The judgement that they are a duplicate is yours.
- Which of the two should I cancel?
- Usually the more expensive, or the one tied to a device or account you no longer use. The cancel steps differ by provider, and the app shows them per service.
- What about a family plan?
- Several people on one plan is one subscription, not a duplicate. Two separate plans in one household is a duplicate.
- My bank shows one store charge for several apps. Does that work?
- Not on its own — a bundled store charge has no breakdown. Capture the store's own subscriptions screen as well.
- Will it cancel the duplicate for me?
- No. It shows the steps for that provider; the cancelling is yours to do.
- Who is behind this page?
- The team behind NoBill.
